I once tried to fix someone's broken shoulder by searching "fix dislocated shoulder" on my smartphone. Due to a number of external factors (international data rates made it cost prohibitive to look at pictures or watch youtube videos, initial misdiagnosis of injury, etc) this particular attempt at DIY medical care proved unsuccessful. However I believe that had the conditions been slightly different, I would probably have been a hero.
Here's the real question. Do you think USA would make this into a show where someone goes around googling how to do certain professions and then does them with varying degrees of success while getting tons of chicks? If so, what would/should this show be called?
I think this is an excellent idea for a USA show, provided the main character always wears designer sunglasses, a suit and/or an open collar shirt, and has a shady past or a secret he is keeping from his business partner/friends/family/love interest. It would also be nice if the love interest was multi-ethnic and everyone was really, really rich.
As far as a title goes, let’s name the main character Jack Holiday and call it “Jack of All Trades.”

P.S. Regarding the shoulder thingy: Did you try smashing it into the wall really hard? I think that works. But I get all my medical treatment information from the Lethal Weapon series, so take that with a grain of salt.
