Little known fact: In 1997, Congress enacted a law mandating that all music videos by girl groups had to include a scene where the girls inexplicably raced dune buggies across the desert. In was repealed in 2002 after an unfortunate incident involving 3LW and a cactus that resulted in the deaths of five crew members.
